Build-A-Bear Workshop
The team in this store are fantastic. Even my 6yr old said those people were great. Every member of the team spoke to both my girls as we moved around the store making them feel welcome and talking to them about their purchases. I wish I had gotten all their names but I didn't unfortunately. To all the team who worked today 29/10/23 Thank you for making two little girls very happy with their bears.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Took my granddaughter here and she loved it. The staff went through the process to build the bear and they allowed her to take her time and choose exactly what she wanted.

It is, as expected, pretty expensive. Having said that, my 12 year old loved it and the staff were amazing
