Had by log burner swept this morning. Came on time, very friendly. Happy to offer advice and answer my questions as a first time log burner owner and left the room spotless, wouldn't even know he'd been! Great service, thank you! :)

Highly recommend - Lee is highly professional and personable, he performed a thorough sweep of our chimney, and cleaned and checked our woodburner. Great communication throughout and left everything clean and tidy.

So lucky to have found Lee and Nicky. Professional, personable, knowledgeable and highly skilled, I was blown away by such a high standard of service at such a reasonable price. Everything was explained, all my questions were answered, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely genuine people who clearly care deeply about their work and customers, I can't rate them highly enough. My faith in humanity is restored ☺️

Excellent service! After almost giving up hope of finding someone who could sweep our chimney any sooner than 2 months, Dave fitted us in within 3 days after having a cancellation. Our chimney hadn't been used for a real fire for over 20 years, so he did an inspection with his camera before doing a full clean. Very tidy, no mess and gave us advice on what cowl we'd need fitting to be able to have a real fire again. We will definitely be using Dave again!

Dave is brilliant cannot recommend him enough!! Turned up promptly, very professional, friendly, approachable, explained everything and great at delivering information in layman's terms for me to understand. Not one speck of dust left and now I'm ready to start reusing my solid fuel stove again!!

Really can’t thank both Lee and Nicky highly enough for the professional service offered from point of booking through to follow up txt message offering further advise after Lee had been to sweep both our chimneys.Definitely our ‘go to’ sweep from this point forward; very knowledgeable, professional and polite. There’s no option for 6 STARS, but that’s where I’d rate them. Thank You.
