I recently visited Sandal BMW Wakefield to view the new 5 Series. In the end I decided the car wasn’t for me but the staff couldn’t have been more obliging and no pressure whatsoever. The salesman (Zac) was polite at all times and not a hint of arrogance that is so often shown by car salesmen. Even though the car didn’t fit the bill this time I would happily visit them again.
