I visited a few years back twice and it was so good! Fresh tapioca is unbeatable. However, I tried a different tea recently, jasmine with cheese mousse, and the cheese mousse was very pungent. I have had cheese tea from a few other places and they were a milder cream cheese flavour (cheesecakey tasting). The strength of the cheese flavour was very reminiscent of mature cheddar cheese, however I am still giving 5 stars as I'm sure all their other drinks are very good, and the two drinks I had previously were very good, just be weary of their cheese tea and I hope they take this as constructive criticism to better it.

I’ve come to this specific store at least half a dozen times, each time with a different person, and everyone has absolutely loved their bubble tea! It’s not difficult to see why, given their wide range of flavours, numerous options for customisation, and quick service.Would highly, highly recommend the creme brûlée (without or without ores) boba with tapioca pearls! I can’t go anywhere else now that I’ve had this one.P.S. - the pearls themselves are an add-on to the drink, so do keep that in mind while making your purchase.

I was very excited to try this out, but it was honestly a disappointment. As an avid bubble tea lover, this has been by far the worst one I've tried both in London and abroad.My classic woo milk tea was very diluted and tasted like water with a just a hint of tea flavouring. My girlfriend got the purple potato milk tea and, to her, sweet potato just did not belong in a bubble tea and it was unfortunately thrown away.However, the bubbles themselves were very good and the aesthetic was nice, but this did not make up for the ultimately terrible flavour.

This is take away only. Normally it’s the perfect tea. I love it the best. Today the order didn’t get correctly done and when I pointed it out, they fixed it but it cost me an additional £.40. Why should it cost the customer and additional 40 pence when they didn’t make the mistake?I will come back. This is the first time this has ever happened. And mostly I love this place the best.

Order Milk tea with pearls. Tea was nice and delicious but the tapioca not so fresh. A little disappointed buy I will give it another try next time. Hope it will improve!

My go-to when in London for boba/bubble tea. They give you the option to customize ice level and sugar level - stronger tea options and quick service. Shop is small but you can wait outside and look at the screen out there for your ticket number to be called. 100% go here if you're passing.

Much better than a year ago. Service was very helpful and professional.Drink was delicious and packaging beautiful. Woo milk with pearl is a solid choice.Highly recommend the new Matcha milk with pearl. This milk tea brand is the best in London.(Not part of eat out help out) - even though Chinatown website states this, it is wrong.

Got the red bean coconut and it had a nice flavor, not too sweet, whole ingredients and boba was good!
