Tidy shop with items for Sky Blue supporters. Staff helpful. Yes the shop is small but you can shop online too if you want. Whilst there are no changing rooms I have had no problems exchanging items later.

New store not open and been told it won't open till 11am . Press release said it be open to public at 9.30am 1st September 2023. So got there to be disappointed . Bad management..

Thank you to the kind lady today at the store helping me sort a kit out for my little boys birthday. I had ordered online but it arrived damaged by the courier and it wasn’t repairable sadly. I had the unfortunate displeasure of speaking to the worst manager ever initially, who shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t have one in the same size so I’ll order it in. I explained I needed one for tomorrow as it was his birthday and asked if I could build a kit together out of the single items if they had size stock (what I had ordered was the infants full kit) and he sarcastically replied ‘yeh sure I’ll just go and make you one out the back now shall i’ - thankfully the kind lady and a young lad helped me pull a kit together out the youth section and make it work for my little lad.I’m sorry you have to work with the most socially awkward and rude manager I’ve ever had to speak to. You all need medals coping with that level of idiot….

The store only gets one star purely because of who I believe to be the manager he is the most awkward human being I have had the unlucky pleasure of meeting .he has no man management skills and no inter personal skills. On the two occasions I have meet this individual he has just been awkward just for the sake of being awkward, one of the most rude and arrogant persons I've ever met .He makes it such hard work to buy anything which is the main point of a store really to stay in business you feel like just giving up. On a good point the products are always of a good quality and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Perhaps to help the store out he should seek a career change hopefully not the samaritans.

Ordered Quilt cover and curtains for my sister grandson for Christmas. What I got in the order was ccfc quilt and Huddersfield Town curtains

I pre ordered the new Cov third shirt when out of stock on Feb 16th 2020 having been told on the website it would be available on 23rd March 2020. I am still awaiting delivery of my shirt nearly 3 months on! My queries get generically answered and I have been offered nothing in terms of a solution or compensation. They take around 5 days to respond to each query to give you a generic response, close your case and consider that this level of service is acceptable. If I conducted my business like this I'd be on the streets.26/05/2021 - I wanted to edit this to a positive review.... ordered home shirt online took 3 weeks due to personalisation.. ok fair enough.. shirt was delivered to my old address yesterday despite me having updated it on my account and checking this is the case. I'm speechless. Cov need to get promoted to the PL so I can purchase a personalised shirt in Sports direct

Shocking customer service from the online store I have been chasing missing items from an order delivered last Friday for almost a week now with no reply to my messages.Also no contact telephone number to speak to anyone regarding this and no phones working from ccfc direct to speak to anyone regarding their stores.If someone would like to contact me that would be great.

I bought a polo shirt but was sent the wrong size, then purchased another on-line but four weeks later I still have not received it. On numerous occasions I have tried ringing but can't get through. I have sent many emails but nothing has been done. I will never purchase anything from CCFC Store again! Shoddy service!!

We stumbled across this fabulous bar, as we were meant to see Peter Kay and was cancelled! What a find, everyone was so friendly and the happy hour cocktails were gorgeous! We may re visit next year. A good selection of Gins too, and top tunes!! I highly recommended this place.
