What a beautiful store and customer service. Purchased a pair of dunks for my sisters birthday, she really loved them. I would highly recommend shopping here for a new pair if sneakers if you are from Leeds, 100% worth it!

The ladies customer service was great and she was very knowledgeable however that’s were the good news stops I bought 2 pairs of shoes for here but then realised I could have saved £240 from another big shoe seller company but could have got cheaper at a smaller company if I wanted too wouldn’t use again because massively over priced make sure you do your research before since they don’t offer refunds. Now I’m stuck with 2 pairs of very expensive shoes.

Absolute rip offI feel scammed!!! The guy in the shop sold me some big standard Ugg ultra mini boots for delivery, (which are usually around £140 a pair). He was explaining how they don’t accept returns as they have received counterfeits as returns. When I looked down at the receipt, I realised that he had charged me £257 for the boots.I said this was too much and I wanted to cancel the transaction. He said if I could find them cheaper I could come back and cancel the transaction. Luckily I stopped my friend from making the same mistake. I went back a couple of hours later to get cancel and he said no, they were already sourced. It’s a scam. I picked up loads of shoes in there that were at least £120 cheaper in office down the road. Fine if you have money to burn for the sake of some LED lights and shrink wrap around your shoes!ALWAYS ASK THE PRICE and ALWAYS CHECK ONLINE COMPARISONS!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I just found a receipt in my shoe box from Size? (the shoe place) for £180 for the shoe McKicks charged me £315 for. This place is a literal ripoff. Please save your money and buy from anywhere else.
