Excellent local company. We had our conservatory installed by them 5 years ago and if there is a slight problem they are with you asap and all is sorted. Wish all companies had this sort of after sales service - 1st rate.

We had our conservatory build by JAS about 7 years ago and very lovely it is too . Unfortunately their customer service is none existent . We have 4 blown windows and had . Forthem now for 2.5 years . They promise everytime they ring back but never do ! Say oh we have to order the windows so there’s a wait , after waiting for month they say we have to order the windows in ??? Again !!!! For the last 2 weeks I have rung them at least 6 time but no one got back to me at all. I am so truly fed up by now that I am going to trading standards. Plz do not use this firm to install a conservatory !!!? It won’t be worth your while !!! Very disheartened customer
