Highly recommend Viking Performance. James has always been very professional. He has helped me with joint pain due to hypermobility, and with general full body strength. Wouldn’t go to anyone else :)

Viking Performance
Viking Performance, specifically PT sessions with Jo, for the past few years have helped with building strength, confidence in movement and exercise as well as confidence within myself.I have a few health problems that impact my mobility and at times this has made me lose motivation but Jo is so supportive, encouraging and always adapts sessions to my needs.Viking Performance is great for whatever your intentions for exercising are - weight loss, strength building, confidence building, training for specific challenges or getting back into exercise from recovery from injury/surgery etc. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been having personal training with James @ Viking Performance for 3 years now! Cannot recommend highly enough. He’s a listener and understands how difficult it can be to go from zero to regular training. I’m a lot stronger and feel a lot better about myself. He’s a great motivator!
