Hamptons have continued to provide me excellent service for many years in letting my Shad Thames apartment. Recently I had been planning to finally sell. My initial dealings were with Charlotte (McCabe) in Sales who was excellent in discussing and starting the process. Hamptons advised it may also be worth considering continuing to let for the short term in the present climate. Axel (Castillo), in Lettings acted quickly and effectively offering excellent prospective tenants and they moved in seamlessly within a few days. In my longer-term interests, they will review the market in the springtime and advise again. Sophia (Coughlan) has been incredibly proactive arranging all documentation and support to myself and ensuring the new tenants wellbeing. All three of them, not forgetting all their other colleagues in the office, certainly went the extra mile in providing an absolute top-class service.
