Reception staff ain't got a clue, just fob you off! Cant ever get appointment next emergency appointment are 3 weeks away. Ridiculous. So il be admitted to hospital as they dont wana help your situation !!!!

Received an invite earlier in the year for a telephone appointment re COPD. I rang the surgery and tried to make appointment but unfortunately was not able to make one because no-one knew anything about it so gave up. Last week received a message from surgery to make telephone appointment re COPD l made one for April 20th and received confirmation message saying l had a face to face meeting confirmed for April 20th. I then had to ring surgery and explain that original invite was for telephone appointment it has been confirmed as face to face which was it? It was confirmed as telephone appointment no-one rang and l had cancelled other arrangements to do this call. This weekend have received another written invite for telephone appointment re COPD. Have spoken to surgery and made one for April 28th, they could not offer any real explanation why l did not receive a call on the 20th. It will be interesting to see what happens. The surgery, quite rightly makes a point of telling patients not to miss appointments because of others l think they should put their own house in order before preaching to others!

The new online system is awful, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Impossible to get an appointment, only positive about this practice is the pharmacy, maybe the receptionists should get trained by the pharmacy staff on how to speak to people. Never had any issues before, such a shame.

Surgery is absolutely dire you would receive better service in a third world country - you can never get appointments the doctors are rude, the receptionist staff are rude one accused me of playing the race card once when I asked when I couldn’t come inside during covid when there was only one European person inside socially distanced well away from me !! Complaint made and surgery covered it all up … they do their best to NOT see you at all!!! Become your own GP cause they won’t help you at all

Unfortunately surgery moved to an online site to allow you to book appointments etc. This however opens at 7.00am and is full to capacity with in minutes. They also have a section for asking questions, but when you select this you get a message advising online appointments now closed. I have reported this several times and have been told that this doesn't happen. I have sent screen shots proving it does but nothing changes. It is a shocking system and needs ti change asap, can someone please help make this work properly.

Firstly let explain why I am writing this review, a relative of mine has had seizures recently and is classed as vulnerable.She has been in A & E and we are currently waiting to see a neurologist.She rang yesterday because she had a seizure again and hurt her ankle which wasn't broken but extremely sore so she started the call just after 8am in a queue and she was 4th, then 3rd and finally 1st and spoke to the receptionist. No appointment" she shouted

After being at this surgery for years I’ve decided to finally switch practices. Which is a shame because I liked my GP but hate the way this medical practice is ran.The new online booking service for appointments is awful. You have to try to book an appointment at 7am, it reaches capacity within minutes and sometimes your request to speak to your doctor is declined because the person who read the request misunderstood what you were saying. It should not be a receptionists job to dictate if your issue is worth speaking to your GP about. They are not health professionals.The receptionists seem to make it their mission to prevent you from speaking to an actual doctor, it’s frustrating. I’m sure they’re tired with dealing with angry people but I hope this practice understands they would be less people moaning and complaining if you had a workable system. Bin the online form allow people to book in actual appointments with their GPs.

Submitted online request for a doctor's appointment, then rang the surgery and was told it will be a 1 week wait time for a callback. I've had to then ring 111 to try and get an appointment

One of the worst surgeries I’ve come across we can never get an appointment if we get told to fill out an online form u won’t get an app until the following week or Two by then it’s too late or they won’t message you back. Ringing them is just worse you left on hold for ages, receptionists are so rude not helpful at all they think they own the surgery, wouldn’t recommend this surgery at all. And the doctors they are only a few that are brilliant some don’t have a clue.
