The worst eyelash extensions I've ever had. Me and my friend both went to get ours done, Jay was nice enough but when she said she was done and handed me the mirror I could see clear, big gaps between the extensions so I said something. This straight away put me off because as the beauty therapist is supposed to be a professional I shouldn't have to tell her how to do her job. So lashes on we left and were given so aftercare instructions or receipt which I again thought was weird. We then woke up the next day with only about 4 extensions left in tact and tried to phone jay to let her know and to try and get a refund. After hours of avoiding our phone calls she replied with texts for days, we sent pictures of the lashes and wanted a full refund but were told we couldn't have one. Ive never been dealt with so unprofessionally before ever!

Running my own Eyelash Extensions Business in Southampton I understand the ins and outs of the business. I was treated to a Gift Voucher from my partner who had planned a special break down in Bournemouth for us. Jay was my beauty therapist for the afternoon and I have to say from the moment I walked in the door she was very inviting and welcoming. We talked about our jobs and were sharing tips and tricks of the business. The quality and finish of her eyelashes and nails were second to none.I don't tend to leave reviews but I was thoroughly impressed and wish Jay and her team all the best!
