I accidentally damaged the LCD on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and received quotes from multiple repair shops indicating a 2-day wait and high costs. However, when I went to the exchange point, they offered to fix my phone within 2 hours and at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their repair service and the replacement LCD. I would rate this store as one of the best repair shops in town.

I recently had my Fold 2 mobile phone screen repaired by Exchange point and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently, and the final result was nothing short of excellent. i was quoted 520 for a screen repair. butexchange point fixed it for me for 325. its not a brand new lcd but its genuine Samsung lcd with few scratches. but i did research before handing my phone to this store. i must say it was worth it.hey explained the repair process to me in detail and answered all my questions, which helped put my mind at ease.i would recommend this store time and again. ..thank you guys

This was literally a broad daylight scam. They first offered me 120 pounds to pay for my display on my phone , but then said they couldnt get the lcd display to work and tried to make it better by fixing the back for free, i dont believe it didnt work as they showed me in person that the display was working . so i asked them why they couldnt give it to me with that display and they said it was a 50/50 chance of it working , so i let it slide thinking they would fix that probelm, all of a sudden they asked me to pay 180 pounds for a genuine" lcd display which i think is an absolute lie

Best repair shop in Hounslow!I visited a couple on high street but Exchange Point was the most professional. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. They kept me updated throughout and gave me an estimate of the repair cost.I have used before and will come back for all my future needs.Thanks for all your help, my laptop is working again.

Even did a £5 job of putting on the screen protector with focus, effort and determination. Would recommend for any job.
