We left our little dog with Kay for the first time last week. We were sent regular photos and videos during the day, which were lovely to see. She was recommended to us by a fellow dog walker, and we weren't disappointed. Kay is a warm person who clearly loves dogs :) and we will definitely be using her again.

While on holiday we received a message from fenland animal services saying our dog was barking and scrapping at the floor in the night causing damage. Our dog doesn’t scrap at anything or even barks. At most she might whimper if she is out of water or needs to be let out. She has been in other kennels before and never had any issues and even received praise for being so good. We knew something wasn’t right and our dog was vastly unhappy, obviously her needs wasn’t being met. We arranged for a relative to pick her up but they would not release her until a few hundred pounds was paid for the apparent damaged. Essentially holding our dog for ransom. A very distressing situation while on holiday. Zero stars if possible, avoid at all costs.

Not very professional and not a txt you want whilst your away. Our puppy stayed for the first time. The next day we received a txt message whilst away, FAS said she's been barking all night and they won't be having her again. Your right FAS you definitely won't be having her again.

Lovely homely & friendly atmosphere, our dog was very happy there and had lots of fun playing with the other dogs, Katie, the owner, is fab at keeping you updated with msgs, pics & vids.
