Tesla Centre Northampton

Tesla Centre Northampton is a first showroom I have encountered, I never knew they existed.It’s just a normal car showroom showing the latest shiny metal, this time it’s Tesla’s, the latest model X and model Y was there to be inspected, it’s a bright airy and large showroom.The downside is the coffee machine is basic and you have to pay for it, that’s not the case with other premium car showrooms which Tesla is trying to portray, come on Tesla, treat your prospective customers better.

Sent my car here for a repair and they managed to set off the airbags. Told me my car was being prioritised but took 4 weeks to complete. I had to regularly chase for updates from Tom & Kerry, but communication was poor & inconsistent. Offered a paltry goodwill gesture for their errors! Avoid this tesla service centre.

Great range of used/new cars. Facilities are excellent. Used the chargers but they had just had a power cut whilst there and knocked out all the chargers. Not their fault.

Had a warranty item (upper control arms) replaced and a recall done on my Model 3 while I waited. Quick, efficient and a first time resolution. Staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful. Great location, easy to park and good facilities whilst you wait.

I’ve been a Tesla owner since 2016. So I’ve had a few service centre visits; with the quality of customer experience declining rapidly in the past couple of years. Pricing being considerably different than what others have experienced, no communication, just general poor service.I was recently let down by the Tesla Stratford service centre (avoid at all costs) so opted for a closer-to-home service centre (Northampton) who were just phenomenal.Thomas, who worked on the car, greeted me on arrival we had a general chat about the car (needed a parking brake replacement after circa. 115k miles!) and he showed me how to use this new-fangled loan car key pickup system - which was super easy. He even picked up on a suspension error; and the experience was just, well, perfect throughout.Tesla Northampton and Thomas are the gold standard that other service centres used to be like - it’s nice to see the culture, customer care and talent is still well imbued in this centre.I’m actually going to be booking in shortly to get some more work done, because the experience was superb.Thanks again to Thomas and his team. Stellar job - more Jaffa cakes coming your way on the next visit!

The service provision is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have been stranded without a car and despite numerous calls to the almost useless London call centre and a tonne of messages through the useless app I am still none the wiser regards the progress on my vehicle. The arrogance and apathy of the Northampton service staff is immeasurable.

I had a great experience here from the team. I’ve been twice in the last few weeks and both times I’ve been greeted / helped with Jordan. He’s sorted out a few things with my car under warranty. Really great service will be back again.

We recently purchased a high-end Tesla, but our experience at the Northampton service center was less than satisfactory. Surprisingly, basic amenities like free coffee or even hot water come at an additional cost of 50 pence, which seems unreasonable for a premium service.

Windscreen replacement, no communication from branch until I chased, took 3 days when I was told it would be 1 with no update.locked out of courtesy vehicle due to pin. Windscreen hadn’t been cleaned once installed and debris left all over dash and centre console
