BE CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY FOR LAPTOP REPAIRS!I took two laptops to get the internal keyboard replaced as two keys were missing on one and the battery stopped working on the other.The replacement keyboard has not been fitted properly as the USB slots are no longer aligned properly, meaning I cannot plug anything in. The space bar on the keyboard only works if I press very heavily in a specific place (right in the middle).Basically, my laptop would work much better if they left it exactly how it was (and I'd have saved myself £55 too!).As for the second laptop, they couldn't get the parts in time (one week) so they returned it to me. There is now a large crack on the plastic case which was not there when I gave it to them. So again, this laptop has come back in a worse condition than it went in.Very disappointing.
