The standard of customer service when I picked up my new car was second to none. I had a couple of minor issues with technical issues that I didn’t understand and the staff were so professional and attentive sorting these out without delay. Delighted I chose Charlie Hurst to buy my first ever brand new car. I will be back!!

My mother just collected her Nissan note today from Charles Hursts Belfast her appointment was for 1.15pm and was told it was the only time available for her to collect the car so I had to rearrange my work to go with her for that time slot we arrive at 1pm to meet Shane for the handover as he was sales man who we had dealt and told my mother the car will be brought in for a clean and serviced if needed etc the usual salesman waffle so with we sat waiting for a few minutes which turned into 30mins then Shane briefly said he would only be few more minutes 1 hour later and still no sign of Shane we ended up taking the from another sales man who was helpful but not who we were dealing with. Also the standard of the car was awful no way was the car valeted if it was then Charles Hurst really need to raise their standards in what they call a valet this is part of deal when buying a car that is rolled into and accounted for in the price sale of a car if the customer is paying for so it should be done but more importantly it should be done to keep some sort of standard it’s pure laziness at best the car got some tyre slick and that’s it .Well here we are again after taking your advice Adam my mother contacted Nissan Charles hurst and got through to the most unhelpful person in the service department who was reluctant to offer any help but finally did in the end so the car was collected from my mothers house in Larne and taken to Belfast to be sorted well that’s what we were lead to believe the next day the car was returned to my mother all that had been done is her fuel wasted and left back with the fuel light on !!! NO VALET not even a wash absolutely nothing , NO FAULTS FIXED , She was told they discovered a shock absorber leak and had to wait on the part to be ordered in and no point doing anything else to the car yet just wait and do it all the same time. This is absolutely ridiculous service from one of the biggest dealership in Northern Ireland and of course my mother is still getting the run around 3 weeks later. Will it take for us to bring the car directly to you and deal with this issue in face ? I’ve been in the valet trade 20 plus years working closely with different dealerships ones that are not up to level of brand as Charles Hurst but one thing I can say is there customer service after sales if way above and beyond what Charles Hurst has shown

I recently bought a new Nissan Qashqai from Charles Hurst Nissan. Car buying can be stressful sometimes but I had a stress free and enjoyable experience largely due to the excellent sales staff. Shane and Ryan could not have been more helpful. They were friendly, accomadating and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm not in the habit of writing glowing reviews but I felt I had to acknowledge the way I was so well looked after by Shane and Ryan.

From the day we ordered it to driving it out of the show room it could not have gone smoother, so much so that I expected something to go wrong right at the end! A big thank you to Shane who I recently bought my Nissan Juke from. He was knowledgeable polite and very patient as I was having difficulty making up my mind. I have dealt with Hursts Nissan for many many years and I'm glad to say the level of sales service is still second to none. I would highly recommend a chat with Shane to anyone who is thinking of buying from Nissan.
