Unless your looking to start a new a new contract, upgrade or buy something don't bother with them. If you want help with a device or anything you've done online they don't won't to know. Just want you gone and direct you to phone number. Very poor its almost like they only want commission..........

We visited the store this evening and wanted to subscribe to the Internet. The employee was very condescending and refused to give it to us under the pretext that we would not understand the terms and conditions, and there was no such thing, but it was due to our lack of proficiency in the English language!!

As an O2 customer, I called in with a technical query, staff member was extremely helpful and resolved the issue. Polite and knowledgeable, so much nicer and easier than doing everything on line. Great shop.

Had a very pleasant experience in my local o2 shop in Eastbourne ,done the switch up o2 which means upgrading straight away , ended up walking away with a better handset a non generic tablet and a watch ,with a cheaper monthly bill, all thanks to David who was in training and was also very helpful , brilliant job

Occasionally I pop in here to buy charges, phone cases and earphones etc. You could not ask for more from the staff in there, they have excellent knowledge and even when the store is quite busy I am always acknowledged when I walk in asking if I need any help, which always makes you feel that bit more welcome when entering a store. The staff are really enthusiastic in there as well. A very positive and happy atmosphere. Always my number one store whenever I need anything!

The store was very busy when I went to upgrade but the staff made sure I was comfortable while I waited and kept me updated regularly so I knew I hadn't been forgotten. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt at ease throughout my visit.
