Zigi's Fireplaces & Woodburners
The engineer arrived early and with no previous notice. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He gave us some good advice and tips on how to get the fire to ignite first time. However, when we tried to light it today Sat 22 Jul 23 it failed in spite of all our best efforts. We started our attempts at 1.30 pm and still have not managed to make it light. ( 4.45 pm. Where do we go from here apart from putting on a cardigan ? I hasn`t worked properly since installation in April 2022.

We bought an electric fireplace and dealt with Matthew. Matthew was fantastic from start to finish. I had a number of questions which ended up spanning a number of months but Matthew continued to make himself available and was patient with all my queries. The fitters Gary and Ash were also excellent. They were clean, accurate and evidently keen to do a good job as if they were installing the fireplace in their own house. Thank you very much for the positive buying experience and for the excellent product.

Excellent from start to finish ! I was given good advice in the shop and was able to choose a stove which looks just right in its fireplace . The detailed survey and fitting were carried out promptly and with minimum fuss . The stove works beautifully and we couldn’t be more pleased with it and with the service we had from Zigi’s .

Very happy with our log burner, makes a big difference to the room. Installation went off without any problems. Workmen very polite tidied up after themselves. Recommended. Happy with the service and price.

So far, I have been very pleased with my experience of Zigi's fireplaces and woodburners. When I went in the shop, the person I saw was really helpful. He gave me good advice and he was efficient and polite. Then, I was lucky to have my fireplace installed well before the date I had chosen. There was a cancellation and they thought of phoning me. The workers who installed the fireplace and its gas fire were also very helpful. They worked very hard. They kept the room tidy and made sure everything was cleaned after the fire place was installed. They were polite. I would have no hesitation to recommend Zigi's to friends if they were looking for buying a fireplace.I hope that the after service will be just as good.

Best decision made to have the log burner fitted to replace open fire. Chose Zigi’s on recommendation and not disappointed. G & A the fitters turned up on time each day and completed the installation to perfection and in time allocated all mess cleared and excellent instructions given to operate the log burner. Well done Zigis
