Went to watch The Great Escaper. Great film with 2 legends : Michael Caine and Glenda Jackson. Only criticism is during quite scenes of the film we were watching could hear noise from the next scene. Might be worth turning down the sound slightly

Great local cinema. Visited in the Easter holidays, it wasn't too busy. Foyer was clean, staff were friendly and screen was a decent size. You get 3 hours free parking at the St Nicholas centre if you get your parking ticket validated.

Omniplex Cinema Sutton
Went to see black panther in 3D, but they had technical difficulties so we watched it in 2D instead. The Manager was very good about it and even gave us tickets for free for another visit. Refurbishment are very nice. So swanky. Nice seats and screens. Ticket prices are cheap compared to Odeon. You can 3 hrs free parking too. Staff are friendly, but still getting the hang of things.

A good value multi screen cinema, right next St Nicholas Centre car park. You get 3hrs stay for free with cinema ticket.Great D-Box dynamic seating in Screen 2.

Smells clean, feels clean, looks clean, newly refurbished auditorium. Comfortable seat, tried the couple seats and its really comfortable, the only downside it's a bit low for tall people, but the aisle space were generous so you could stretch your legs. Hope it will be maintained like this for a long time.

Have attended this cinema for many years...and most recently with my three young children. The Empire JNR shows are great for the youngsters, especially the double viewing shows (two roughly 30 min back to back films...) for those who struggle to sit and watch a full-length film. Reflected in the price, too... £2 a ticket for adults and children. These get booked up quickly, as you'd expect.

It was our first time watching a film in Omniplex. We had a great time. It was a clean and nice place. The only comment is that the popcorn is not cooked there. I saw the guy carrying a whole plastic bag of popcorn and then pouring it into one of the glass container were they got the popcorn for the customer. It seems like I just bought the popcorn from Asda. Anyway, there's always room for improvement.

Great cinema! The seats are so comfortable and always clean. The sound and screen in my opinion is best.The price for tickets is quite high but worth the experience of watching a good movie.My disappointment is about popcorn, it always tastes like rancid oil. Also some staff don't make the difference between sweet or salted popcorn so I got salted but it was mixed and when it was salty it was far too much.

Nice refurbished cinema from the original UCI cinemas from three decades ago. There are now sofas and recliner seats in place, which is a nice touch.A downside, which makes them lose a star, is that the toilets are right by the front of the premises. So if you're in the screens themselves, say screen 5 or 6, you have to walk from one end to another to go to the loo. They should have placed another set of lavatories closer to the screens.

Terrible. This cinema cannot heat their auditorium and left us watching Hunger Games for 3 hours without any heating. £50 it cost for 3 people, £16.99 a chair and you cannot heat the cinema. Sitting in there for 3 hours shivering. I shall be writing both the manager and Head Office a complaint letter. If I am not fully refunded you will next receive a LBC.
