I came to have Ombré brows this week with Brow Pro Francesca, from start to finish Francesca and the salon environment is absolutely first class! All my concerns were professionally addressed before the brow treatment and I felt really reassured when I arrived. She is a perfectionist and you need that when having a semi-permanent treatment. In love with my brows already. After care has been made very clear. Looking forward to my follow up appointment and future visits for any treatments I may want to get.

I couldn’t recommend Franchesca’s Masterclasses enough! Not only is she super friendly, she absolutely knows her stuff! My only regret is not finding her sooner and not taking a longer day doing a one to one with her. She is also very prompt with advice on IG which is super helpful!! Don’t walk, Run to City Spa!!

As a man, a few people had their reservations about me getting my eyebrows micro-bladed, but I have never been conventional and I am very happy with the way my eyebrows came out, fuller and still manly.I am happy to announce that I was Celina's first male client. She listened to me, advised me on my individuality i.e. what may or may not suit my face such as; shape, size etc. Celina offered great conversation (over the 2 hours) and made me feel at ease. I book in with Ellie for Lashe extensions and my God she is amazing at her job! Always so happy to offer help and ideas to what baseline you want to start off, happy to try out new lash maps and she is able to advise what look suits best to your face. She is also a great chat makes the appointment go by really fast! Such a friendly girl and I couldnt recommend her enough! The retention on the lashes is also 10/10. Lashes Easily last 3 weeks before needing an infill and Ellie is also great at explaining the aftercare! Very welcoming and friendly, definitely recommend Ellie for your lashes❤️

If you want your eyebrows microbladed or ombre brows Francesca is amazing. And the price's are affordable.

I have been going to City Spa for my brow lamination and lash lift with Ellie for about a year now. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable at what she does and always leaves my brows and lashes looking beautiful. She has great tips for looking after them with recommendations on promoting natural growth and her manner is so lovely, she really makes me feel pampered. I couldn't recommend Ellie enough, she is special.

This salon is lovely, I had an appointment for a permanent make up treatment which was carried out by a student (Larissa) but she did an amazing job! Francesca was so lovely and welcoming as well and was there to oversee the process. Honestly I can't thank both ladies enough for my new gorgeous eyebrows. Thank you so much!!❤
