Absolute terrible solicitors that do not do what is best for a child. They act as if a child is an object that was purchased, push based on entitlement not the childs safety and needs.. Solicitor puts personal opinions into a case that has not been fact checked. Seem to forget they are under a clients instruction Need to be a bit more professional and remember a child has feelings and certainly not smirk in the courtroom. It's not a funny matter is it.

From day one the entire staff that I have dealt with have been absolutely second to none. Friendly, efficient and hugely supportive in what would otherwise be an extremely stressful time.Above all else, and despite being a trainee, my solicitor Gemma White was completely and utterly outstanding! Not a day went by that I didn't feel 100% confident that I was being supported in every single aspect of the process. 5:Star from me. Since day one having a appointment with Gemma To the Final hearing last week with Zoe. Gemma was awesome couldn't of ask for anything more from her. So professional made me feel at ease telling and showing her a lot of whats happened in my case. Gemma gave good advice and was always helpful with any queries I had. As it was my first time going through something like this. Gemma took away alot of the stress i was under and I thank her for everything she has done for me and my kids. The Final hearing last week. I just want to say, what an outstanding service we received from Avery Naylor, via the outstanding Sarah Jones. We found ourselves in our own personal living nightmare, and without Sarah's guidance, support, knowledge and empathy I don't think we'd of got through this awful ordeal without her by our sides.I honestly can't thank her enough.Words alone do not give nearly enough credit to this phenomenal women.And yes, I know we paid! But Sarah is undoubtedly worth every penny and more. Would not recommend to anybody! She was ringing me to find out what my family’s other solicitors had been saying instead of finding out for her self. She was not doing the work she needed to do.she was just looking into stuff which was not needed.Charged around £5500 when nothing she did helped I left after around a year and half and another solicitor delt with what actually needed dealing with and successful outcome. Worst solicitor I’ve every delt with.

I feel let down by this law firm. Missed appointments, late for scheduled appointments. Contacting me via call, text & email between 8:30pm and gone midnight after I requested they transfer my case file to a better solicitor to represent me (Smith Llewellyn are brilliant) and at first refusing to. My advice is do not deal with them. And now after reading the rest of other people's reviews on them just makes me wish I had checked them out before I got them involved.
