I dealt specifically with David Mouland based out of Gloucester.I found him to be very helpful when i was in a difficult situation and he was flexible in the event of unexpected deadlines.He also managed my expectations on time and cost so that i could avoid any surprises when I was invoiced.

We were recommend to use these solicitors, but wish we looked around first, it seems to be only convenient if they need something from you, but as soon as you need something or have questions they never reply to their emails and are a nightmare to get hold of! Considering how much we are paying them they could at least be there when you need them.

Had Geoff Gorman deal with our house purchase a few months back. Completely negligent, lazy, and unprofessional. He even got names, address, and monetary figures incorrect on the final contract! He was slow to get back to us, and slow to finalise any paperwork or commit to anything.Maybe other solicitors at Luttons Dunford are better, but be warned!! I have gone as far as actively recommending people do not use this firm, and would never use them again.

Geoff Gorman dealt with our house sale and purchase. Very reliable and always responded quickly. Explained the whole process very well. Would highly recommend.

Very poor experience bordering on negligent. Communication non-existent. Beware.

Impossible to get a response from Simon. Severe lack of urgency causing us significant (months of) delays and cost and still don't have a resolution or a reason for delay.

Though our conveyancing as a whole wasnt too painful (hence not 1 star), our solicitor, Mike, ignores emails and getting a response from him is near impossible. Just disappointing really.

We've just come to sell our flat and you would not believe the mess we were left in by Luttons Dunford. Geoff Goreman acted, I found his attitude on the phone rude and un professional however as we were over half way through the convayancing we decided to stick with it, at completion there were issues with getting the money over the line, (due to his poor work) and now we have come to sell our current purchaser and solicitors have unearthed a load of extra documentation Geoff should have requested for the purchase of the flat to begin this. Furthermore when I called to ask for assistance in selling the only answer I got from them was 'well you'll have to go back to you current solicitor, I can't help with a case I worked on two years ago' I know solicitors have to keep records of their work and the willingness not help was non existent. I'd recommend staying well away from these solicitors, unless you want you conveyancing to be a shambolic mess like ours. I will be seeking post legal action as they are clearly liable for negligence... good luck if you are using this awful legal practice, my thoughts are with you and you family's.

Beware of this company! Instructed Simon Fisher to do a Transfer of Equity back in April 2022, and am still none the wiser as to whether this has actually been dealt with, as have received no response to numerous emails and WhatsApp messages over the course of the last 6 months. Use at your peril!

Avoid this firm like the plague. Simon Fishers incompetence meant a whole year waiting the conveyancing for my purchaser. During this time he lied repeatedly about my own extremely efficient solicitor being at fault, he lied to my solicitor about problems with the purchaser, lied to the purchaser about the finance company, he lied to me about where he was in the process, he lied to my purchasers finance company claiming he was waiting on stuff that the purchaser had sent months previously and he repeatedly asked my purchaser for the same pieces of paper to be sent as he claimed he couldn’t find them ( they were sent via email and replies were received and then 4 months later he would ask for the same things again). During this time I lost 4 properties, 4 survey fees and one lot of architects fees which cost me thousands. My purchaser had his interest rate raised because Simon took so long to complete the conveyancing work (this added an extra £450 a month on to his mortgage. Which will cost him an extra 80K on the purchase price). He made the purchaser buy insurance in July didn’t complete till Christmas and had the cheek to demand payment before he dropped the bomb about the interest rate. Told us that the finance company were at fault and when we reached the finance company they told us this was absolutely NOT true and although Simon had insisted he’d sent the file over to them they told us this categorically was not the case. When my purchaser told him the finance company were still waiting for the file he threatened to walk off the case!!! Do not use this solicitor. My own solicitor told me they had an appalling reputation and he was absolutely correct. A catalogue of errors, lies and transparent attempts at blaming everything and everyone else. Utterly incompetent AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, SANITY AND HARD EARNED CASH. Simon Fisher is not a competent lawyer and he can not convey the simple truth let alone a property
