Tim helped me with my cat when I moved from Vancouver to the UK. He was so kind, helpful, and took all the stress off of the journey.I would highly recommend him to everyone. He clearly loves what he does and cares for creatures great and small!

We recently sent my dad’s Labrador retriever from Canada to the UK. Unfortunately they could not travel on the same flight because of weight restrictions, which meant that the dog had to arrive one day before my dad. We contacted Tim Finlay, who from the start has gone above and beyond to make this move a success. He helped us understand all of the requirements, and never hesitated to answer any of our questions or concerns. Tim assisted us with the customs clearance, picking the dog up from the airport, and dropping him off at a nearby kennel. Because of Tim and his assistant Karen’s hard work, everything went without a hitch and the dog arrived safe and sound. Thank you again!!
