Lovely surroundings with lots of history around you. Drinks cheaper than other places. Strange but you pay by card only.

Plenty of stairs up to the function room and only a small bar. There is a lift up . Function room set out lovely for the wedding evening i attended .

I worked here as a chef back in late 1960s,great people to work for with a huge kitchen on the top floor with 5 or 6 banquet rooms plus a small daily dining room, head chef Willy was a good chef, very strict with high standards, Derek was 2nd chef, catered for many big occasions best nights were Old English nights would love to see the building again it was beautiful inside Dave lovell

Masonic Hall was in need of refurbishment but has recently improved to a very good standard. Good catering. Excellent facilities with a wonderful history. Good food served and presented well
