It could have been really interesting but, queued for 1.5 hours to look into the cab of the flying Scotsman. couple of burger vans , kids roundabout a museum van and four toilets that was it!! bit of organising ie morris dancing , things happening, would have made it much more enjoyable. i realise things cost, if they had charged i,m sure everyone would have been more than happy if there was something to do.But end of the day it was free so got to be 5 stars

Container handling machines parked up whilst lorries wait upto 5 hours for their box... shambles of an operation. Needs to be taken over by some management with some competence. Staff couldn't care less

We were there for the Flying Scotsman on Remembrance Day. Was amazing. Easy to get to using the park and ride. What it’s like on a normal day I can’t comment on, but this event was very well organised.

The staff here are simply despicable. I cringe every time I have to go there to collect a container. Rude and obnoxious in the gate house and the lifter drivers aren't much better. Can't wait for the automated system to get up and running

Seeing the flying Scotsman close up was good, but the 1.5hr wait - the last part in the rain wasn't so good (not anyone's fault it rained of course) All that waiting for very short look at the brasswork & fire? I don't know what I was expecting but it was more than that.A pity there was no entertainment to keep folk cheered up during the long cold wait. Nothing for the kids to do or watch whilst in the long queue.Saying all that, it was free.

Massively improved since vbs system. Can't fault the service in these recent times
