Good fun, especially for Children but very claustrophobic in the bowling booths. A good range of arcade machines and food and drinks available. Free parking and other shops and things near by. Worth a visit on a rainy day.

If I could give a negative star I would!!The shift manager on 29/07/23 who was on at 10:30pm was absolutely SHAMBOLIC !!!Went in for our regular weekly bowling game 1 hour 30 minutes before closing and was told the tills were taken down with no explanation or bother especially from the girl with the short hair on the till.Customer service is a pile of rubbish and discriminatory !!

Pretty standard bowling alley I suppose - but there again, I don't often go. I visited here with my eldest granddaughter and we had a good time. Drinks were expensive - but there again; they are everywhere. Place was clean, fairly welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful - which was nice - or it would only have earned a 3 star rating from me. Because we visited mid-week, mid-afternoon during school term time - it was quiet, but you'll probably be better off booking for evenings and weekends

Bowling on a Saturday when its rubbish weather, expect it to be busy and to pre book. But overall good atmosphere, the staff are trying hard to keep it clean and are pleasant. Bowling is more of a treat as i feel it's an expensive abit of fun for a short period of time.

Consistently disappointed by being turned away over an hour and 14 minutes before closing. 'Tills are closed early' on a regilar occurence where you wonder whether the management of this company genuinely want to make money or have good intentions (it screams discrimination). It's losing them custom because much consiatent alternatives are around!!

Did my child 7th birthday here, went above to help. Food are small portion sizes though.

Had a nice time bowling. Book online for cheaper prices.However the toilets smelt almost as bad as the portaloos at Glastonbury festival...

Where do I start. I booked a game about two months prior to our chosen date. I paid for drinks and, as asked, inputted the players' names so when we arrive to celebrate my son's 6th birthday, all is ready. When we arrived we were told there were people in our lane and we had to wait for them to finish. Drinks were nowhere to be seen. After about 30 minutes of bowling, I went to ask about the PREORDERED AND PREPAID drinks and was given some printed vouchers and told someone would be coming over. No one did so I had to find someone to hand the vouchers to to actually get our drinks. The staff just didn't seem to care. The 'whatever' attitude left us all feel like a total inconvenience. We will NOT be returning.
