Within hours of our first enquiry, Stuart was out at our house taking measurements and offering advice in order to provide a quote, which was in line with our expectations and represented good value for money. We were so impressed with the service that we didn't bother to get a quote from anyone else.Our PVC windows were installed in January and the work was carried out to a very high standard. The windows look fabulous and are the perfect match for our property. We were so pleased with the service and the end result that we approached Firthview Windows for a quote for new French doors this summer, and we were delighted to receive the same standard of service again. Long story medium length, a local Inverness man who calls himself a builder installed patio doors for me. Fast forward a whole year and doors still not functional - could not open and close. Builder was unwilling to accept responsibility and have an ongoing battle with him to rectify ever since.In desperation I contacted the company who supplied the doors asking if there was anything they could do to help me. Same day I received a phone call from Stewart who asked a few questions and said 'I'll be there tomorrow'.When he arrived, he had a look at the doors, diagnosed within literally 2 minutes what was wrong with them and had them sorted within 20 minutes!! To say I was delighted is an understatement. Can not recommend Stewart highly enough, obviously an expert in his field and an extremely nice chap to boot!After a year of waiting to use my new doors you have no idea how chuffed I am and so appreciate the prompt and excellent service

We had a fantastic experience of using Firthview Windows. After receiving a quote from a company advertising Scottish Government grant savings that seemed on the high side, I called Stuart. He visited us swiftly, listened to what we wanted and offered a warming mix of professionalism and friendly banter with absolutely no sales pitch. He quoted us a considerably lower amount for better products (and I suspect considerably better service also). We were certain that we wanted him to do the work for us.Fast forward a few weeks and Stuart and his colleague James did a fantastic job of fitting two new double glazed windows to our bathrooms and a beautiful new composite front door with funky Art Deco stylings, complete with pretty green accent colours. These are depicted in the uploaded images. Sadly the lighting in my images doesn't depict the colour in all its glory. These items have all been fitted for a wee while now (apologies for the late review gents, it's been a busy time) and are functioning superbly. Our house has never been warmer and we've gone from having a front door that's a borderline embarrassment to having one of the nicest on the street. All at fantastic prices and with friendly, attentive service. I cannot recommend the services of Firthview Windows enough! Thanks again for the awesome work!

I shopped around to get the best possible quality at a decent price and landed lucky. From start to finish Stuart was brilliant and knowledgeable with great advice on what the best solution was for me . 2 windows and 2 doors fitted quickly with superb attention to detail by Stuart & James. They have already been asked to price the next part of my renovation!! .

Huge thanks to Stuart and the team from Firthview for a superb job installing all new windows and doors in our house. We contacted a number of local companies and Stuart was one of the only companies that bothered to respond to us. The whole process from survey to quoting and installation was very straightforward and professional. The finish is extremely neat and tidy, I don't think we'll even have any painting or decoration to do internally. I would highly recommend Viewfirth to anyone looking for this kind of work to be done.

Highly Recommend Firthview Windows. Stuart from the beginning when he came out to give us a quote and advice was very friendly and was not pushy like some of the other big name companies that came to give us a quote. Stuarts quote by far was the best quote we had. We had a sliding patio door installed where a window used to be and I have to say the finished product looks fantastic!! Stuart and James are both really helpful and friendly and they left everything immaculate when they left. We are having them back to do more work for us in the near future. Overall I have to say cannot recommend these guys enough, I am extremely happy with my patio doors and look forward to seeing you guys soon for some more home improvements!!

I have just had three windows and a back door fitted by Stuart and James of Firthview Windows. From quote to completion, I have to say this was an utterly professional and very efficiently done job.A very competitive price and good, quality products; the fitting seemed to take Stuart and James no time at all and I think my house was cleaner after they had been than before they arrived!Both of them took a lot of care over all the finishings, both inside and out, with the result that my new windows and door look absolutely brilliant and I am really pleased with every bit of the work that has been done.I would highly recommend Firthview Windows and would use them again without hesitation.
