Selling our family home after our dad passed away was tough for myself and my sisters. From the outset Nicol & Co were very sympathetic and caring in how they spoke to us about the house. They understood it was difficult for us as a family and showed compassion throughout the process. They were active when getting our house 'out there' with just the right level of updates throughout. They have made what was an emotional time flow seamlessly. We are impressed.

Really disappointed with the service we have received from Nicol & Co. Initially found their customer service brilliant when I enquired about a house, but after being informed that this house was no longer an option, I explained that we are looking to buy and gave them the details of what we were looking for. We have heard nothing since.Have seen a couple of houses come on to the market listed with Nicol & Co that could be suitable - including the initial house we were interested at a reduced price - but still have had no contact.

We’re both time buyers…Alice made everything easy to understand and was very prompt when it came to emails and phone calls! We had a few problems via another party, however Alice was very understanding and patient with us. We both appreciate all the help!
