Lovely experience from start to finish. The only letdown was the communication, regarding card only, this was not communicated until my friend tried to pay. You wouldn’t take cash but were able to take a cash tip. My friend is here on holiday and only carries cash. Maybe just a miscommunication.

I’ve been having my hair done here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jonathan is a master of his craft and I trust him completely with all aspects of hairdressing. The team are all lovely too which makes your visit very pleasant.

I recently had a haircut at Toni & Guy Maidenhead that wasn’t as good as expected. I spoke to the salon today and they asked me to pop back in to have a look at a time that accompanied my lunch hour. I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady called Sharon (The franchise manager) who wholeheartedly apologised and arranged for a stylist called Mia to go through my hair and tidy it up, which she did and the haircut is now much better and I left happy. Both Sharon and Mia restored my faith in Toni &Guy and I look forward to returning. A lot can be said for how a company handles customer dissatisfaction and this was handled exactly as I would expect, with professionalism and making the customer feel valued and appreciated.Thank you both.

I felt listened to and Gemma had some great advice as to what would suit me best. So happy with the results and it’s definitely the best haircut I’ve had in years!

I visited the salon for the first time yesterday and I wasn’t disappointed. I had the wonderful stylist, Jonathon… he listen to everything I said and delivered exactly what I asked for… and gave me some great tips. I ‘bodied and bounced’ my way out and I will definitely be returning. Fabulous! X

Stylist was friendly and did my colour treatment, ensured I had drink and I was comfortable.It’s a brand I trust as I’ve been a customer for >20years in diff salons .
