Footasylum Hull - St Stephens Centre

Well I am really dissapointed of people who are work over there. I order gazelle and wanted buy twice but young man must ignore me. On the screen order was ready to bing to me,but even when I asked about he he dissdissapeart and never back. After 30 mins I just left without shoes and very dedeasapointed. I never back to this shop. First in mmy life I met with how staff is traiting customers...... . ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Tried to return twice do not trust this place . They do not accept returns. Staff unhelpful.

Only been in the shop once to look at the prices with my partner, and I had to shout into his ear so he could hear what I was saying. Even when you're just walking past the shop, it sounds like you're actually walking past a club and you still have to raise your voice. There's no need for it, especially in the morning before the shop even opens. Loud music in a shop doesn't attract customers, it makes you look desperate for them.Also when I was in the shop, the staff members were really rude and looked at my partner and myself like we were poor and clearly couldn't afford anything. They didn't even talk to us and point us in the right direction of whatever we were looking for.

This store would not offer student discount card even though their website said that they do. Staff didn't know anything about it, so we ordered the nike air force one's. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge.

Spent thousands literally in this shop... once i tried to exchange a top that was bought as a present however even though tags were on and was unworn in the original bag as there was no reciept they would not exchange it! Your loss as i wont be using you again. Ill take my money else where. There happy to take your money even though many items were faulty on many occations i never once took them back but it feels like a get out card if u dont have your reciept.it was a present.

Went to refund a couple of items but because I was 3 days late due to having to isolate due to contracting coronavirus I couldn't leave my house to return them. The next available day after my isolation i went to refund them and they refused me. So are Footasylum saying that people have to come out of isolation early and contract everyone with covid. Not very responsible from a big company. I spend a lot of money with them but I won't be anymore. Avoid footasylum.
