Absolute scumbags. I don't know how they sleep at night, I was at my elderly uncle's funeral at the start of the month, and we were invited to a pub afterward to celebrate his life with family, where I was with my elderly parents 84/87 years old, we stayed in the function for over 3 hours which you'd expect, but had zero clue we were on the clock from the moment we pulled up. Yesterday I got the fine through the post. If I could ram it down the throat of the owner of this scummy company, trust me, I would. I don't care who he is. Absolute SCUMBAGS.

Would give it zero stars if I could. We received a £100 pound fine despite the fact that we bought a ticket but must have gone over the time limit. Absolutely shocking, shameful money grabbing company. If anyone has a recent picture of signage where it shows the shocking level of fines do post it!

Take extreme care if you have to use this car park. My daughter paid for 4 hours but machine only register 3 she has now been issued with a £70 parking penalty. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will never use this company's car parks and would rather pay more elsewhere

make sure you are keeping your ticket as they are scamming people! You are paying for 2h and machine is showing only 1h(£1.30 paid) I am lucky as I've saved my ticket after reading reviews.

So 2019 I was a carer and the young person I worked with had a seizure. I was late back to the car park and obviously was issued a fine. My manager at the time spoke with them and they agreed to drop the fine (thanks I guess? Surely I shouldn’t leave a young person alone having a seizure to put more time on the car).Now after no communication it has been transferred to a debt collection company 4 years after these contravention! Shameful!My manager has left so no access to her emails and I have a huge fine for looking after someone whilst in a medical emergency and a minimum wage job.

SCAMMERS!!! i paid £1.30 which should have covered me 2 hours, they stated i only paid for 1. The machine wasnt recognising 10p (i think this is where they are scamming people and to why its only showing 1 hour). I paid another £1.50 by paybyphone which should have covered me from 18:00-06:00 and received a fine. I appealed and they have rejected, so i have appealed again through POPLA. Avoid parking here!!!! - update: won my POPLA appeal and the fine has been waived! definitely worth appealing guys!

Blackpool. What can I say.It's gone down hill. I worked there years ago, the winter gardens where a massive feature, in pride of place. The tower all lit up a hell of a place. The promenade full of colour and life.2 weeks ago, rubbish everywhere, shops full of tat. Paintwork fading everywhere, scaffolding and boarding up on lots of the once gleaming attractions. Very disappointing to see the attractions shops and pleasure beach in such a sad state of affairs. Youd think the Blackpool council would do something to get the owners of the shops and attractions to tidy and brighten up this once gleaming and colourful resort. Shame on the council and owners. A lot of the hotels and B&Bs are in good order especially the one I remember The Miners Hotel.

I wish there was a 0 star option! I received a fine despite paying for 24 hours of parking and after appealing the fine 3 times and getting no response they continue to send me letters. I cannot find a phone number to have a conversation with an actual human as clearly they ignore any emails or appeals

Received £70 fine for leaving car park 15 mins after ticket expiry (not leaving the bay, leaving the car park itself!), successfully appealed to POPLA as signage was deemed to not meet BPA standards.

Overstayed in the carpark for 12 minutes (due to a medical problem ,forcing me to extend my stay at my local gym) and got a £60. I appealed it and told them why, still charging me claiming that I should have paid the £1 charged I accrued. Heartless buggers, no wonder all their contact information is all automated lines and no reply emails!
