The lady working there was extremely rude don’t recommend never going back there

I just had my passport photo taken by unpleasant lady. Told her that I look terrible in that photo but she didn't care and asked for 13£. Literally the worst passport photo I've ever had. If I wasn't running late I would definitely not paid for that. Don't bother just go to some photo boot. It will be cheaper and nicer.

I went yesterday to print some copies. Very disappointed from the lady service. How much do you charge for one page print?

I needed to print a photo from my phone Everything was easy to do, staff were helpful The cost was a little bit expensive, but at least they're still on the high Street and there's not a lot of places like Max Spielmann left

The woman with the brown hair and the glasses is awful snapped at me and my grandmother when we politely asked for help, my grandmother then asked to reprint a photo and she told us 'nope we don't do that here' when we came last week and got it done with another lady that was really nice, told her we got it done here and she replied with, 'oh it's going to be at least half hour wait then' rude angry woman honestly is a shame to the company!

I had a fantastic experience at the store. Sami really treated me so special, she handled the issue of my passport photograph with all professionalism and the customer service was exceptional. I am satisfied and so happy with quality of the photo and the customer service.

Really shocking and disappointing treatment today. We wanted a passport style photo for a child and was appalled by rude treatment given by the female member of staff who was taking the photo. She was rude on multiple occasions, very aggressive to my 7 year old niece and did not have the patience. I understand that stress is high in a busy place and I do not expect amazing or even good customer service, but to treat a child like this because she was trying her best not to smile for the photo, I find difficult to excuse. We left after 1 minute, after the member of staff herself left us in annoyance in the middle if the session, and went to Max Spielmann near BD8/ morrisons. The lady there was extremely professional and absolutely lovely and took the photo in 30 seconds! Sorry but I would not recommend anyone visiting this particular branch.

I went to the shop on Thursday at dinner time to get a personalised fathers day card. The doors were locked so I went back after I had been to primark. The shop was now open with the assistant stood behind the counter eating crisps and looking at her mobile. There was another customer in on one of the screens. I stood there for a bit and the assistant looked at me, I said can I get a card please, she said hold on and turned away. She was still eating crisps. The other customer asked for help and she said, yeah hold on! And didn’t move. I walked out because I had to go back to work and got my card from card factory. I went passed again yesterday and the shop was really busy with another assistant serving and the assistant from Thursday in the shop next door talking! At least this time she wasn’t eating crisps. I felt compelled to review because my poor old father looked a bit disappointed this afternoon as I usually get him a special card.

This lady working there is so rude and always in a bad mood. I hope they replace her with someone Who actually takes their job not more serious but in a better mood.
