Can't praise these guys enough. So knowledgeable about skis and boots. An appointment system works very well giving devoted undivided attention for 2 hours. Their intention is to find the best boots and fit them to your fèet perfectly. So pleased with new skis and boots cant wait to get on the slopes!

An absolutely 1st class boot fitting service from start to finish with a really friendly atmosphere . The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the process fully so I knew what to expect. As all appointments are two hours long, I never felt like I was being rushed at any point. I left with the perfect pair of boots for me and can’t wait to try them out. Thank you Zach, Andy & James all your help.

Went down to get my boots heat molded to my feet. I've been in the ski industry for decades in Canada, am a level three ski instructor and have feet that are not easy to fit.Within a minute of meeting Simon I know he knew his stuff. He did an absolutely spectacular job of fitting my boots, shared some great conversation about past, present, and future skis and boots.We had a look around the store after the fit and what a fantastic selection of boots, skis, clothing etc..I have found my new go to place for anything ski related.If your thinking of going, stop thinking and go... Best place I've found in years and the UK to date...

By far the best ski shop this side of the mountains. The guys here really know there stuff and are so happy to answer questions and support customers. Had my ski boots fitted here and it was a great experience by far much better than any high street retailers. Talking to them about their jackets and apparel, they genuinely support all their brands and its always nice to see new and non Highstreet brands being supported.

Excellent customer service, 100% customer focused. I would completely recommend the Ski Exchange for anyone looking for ski gear. We had a boot fitting, and had complete trust in the knowledge of the staff. It was also reassuring to have a lifetime guarantee for the boots, and to know we can talk them back if there are any tweaks to be made.
