Despite not having my car booked in with them, the service i received from Chris was excellent. He went above and beyond to give me a honest and clear insight into the ownership of a Porsche. Throughly recommended.

Just had a problem with my Cayenne fixed by Eporsche. It's the first time I have used them and was very impressed. Friendly and very efficient service. Real in-depth Porsche experience and good value for money. I will be using them again.

Recently took our 987.2 Boxster to Eporsche because of a sensor fault. Great service from Eporsch.... They keep in contact advising of any additional issues and costs etc... This is the second time we have used Eporsch (last year it was a full service). Any future issues with our 987.2 or servicing etc, we will now only let Eporsch deal with the car... I’ve had an excellent experience at Eporsch recently. The guys were super knowledgeable around the car andWhat work needed. My last experience was so good I have booked the car in for more work. As a side note their prices are really reasonable too given they work with some very expensive cars.

Thought a lot about leaving a bad review. But the experience still annoys me after 2 weeks. Visited the workshop to clean the drains after hearing sloshing sound from the bottom of my cayenne. It’s my 2nd cayenne and fully aware of this issue. Quoted me 65 over the phone for 30 mins job. Very fair and they are the specialists in Surrey according to google. Went there, saw they lifted the car for like 10 mins and said all done. Checked the car - still have the sloshing sound. When notified, they said they have cleaned all the drains and if I want, I can leave it there for further investigation as it could be 1 hour or 3 hours! Wasn’t confident the ‘ specialists ‘ need 3 hours to investigate which drain the water is slowing from. Got an invoice of 90quid- says cleared and modified the drains. As I’m not someone who likes to argue- paid them and got out. Couple of days after, Took the car to a local mechanic near my home- he removed the side skirts - voila ! Almost a gallon of water out- in 15 mins overall. So yeah- learned a lesson. But even now, don’t know why they did that! All they had to do was to remove the side skirts and clean the drain. 10 mins job and still would’ve taken them less than the 30 mins I paid them!

I had some post-sale issues identified on my 911 after a recent service. I queried these with Eporsch which kindly offered to collect the car to have it inspected. A week or so later the car was returned to me issues sorted, new MOT, new tyre, cleaned and polished back to pre-sale condition.I know how busy Eporsch are so achieving this in a timely fashion was commendable. Many thanks to all but John in particular who made it happen.

I was a bit apprehensive about using a non-dealer for the service on my recently purchased 944 Turbo, but read some great reviews about Eporsch on social media the team made me feel very welcome when I visited. The fact Eporsch are close to my home was an added bonus.The cost of the work was substantially better value than the quote from Porsche UK (whose rates are eye-opening), the work was done to high standard. I feel very confident driving the car now and am happy to have found a service centre that I can trust and have confidence in.

Came here twice - will never come back. Main issue with my 986 Boxster: failed MOT on emissions, then provided a quote to change entire exhaust system for £3.5k. When I spoke to them they said there was nothing they could do - it was either this or MOT failure.Took my car back and took it to another garage with experience with vintage cars. All that was needed was to replace exhaust clamps and off you go - MOT passed. Cost: £250.There was a range of other issues as well, such as poor communication in relation to my first visit, a service visit. They send emails but never read their emails (e.g. I asked for MOT to be done with service but email was ignored). They saved the wrong phone number without asking etc.Other problems:- cost overrun on heating matrix replacement on my first service visit vs estimate (specifically told them by email to ask if they overrun - ignored).- to top everything off, I was about to run late when picking up the car on my final visit but they refused to release it (key in letter box) because they wanted me to pay a diagnostic charge they'd never advised me of in the first place. In the end I was lucky to get there on time but would have been stuck in the middle of nowhere on my bike had I not.This may be a good garage for people who are happy to spend tens of thousands of pounds on their Porsche repairs and servicing but not for me, thank you very much.

Simply the best! I’m posting about the most comprehensive experience for me and my Boxster S 987 which run and looks now as new. I’d had a few issues including a roof leak that were looked at by other garages nearer me and after superficial and costly work the issues recurred. Having spoken with Chris I was impressed by both his depth of knowledge and genuine care with his time even before I’d sent the car in (total battery failure). Each problem I described was explained and his answered were detailed and made sense which is not always true in my experience when dealing with garages. He gave me options on the spectrum of work with costing and I was able to plan both the mechanical work plus roof repairs/actual drain/leaks issues addressed as well as talk about some body work and aesthetic details which the guys were brilliant at sorting. I’ve had the car back for a few weeks now in all weather conditions and it’s been brilliant! It sounds funny but I was so impressed with the transformation I joked with my wife that I wished I had another Porsche to give them to turn around. I’ve already recommended to friends and cannot fault there care and passion over a car which most of us have sacrificed a lot to own. I remain grateful and thank you they were recommended to me and despite the drive for me to get there they are worth it!

Second visit since buying the 986 and very happy with the service provided. Chris provided regular updates and it is clear that he and his colleagues are enthusiasts as well as very experienced. Would recommend.
