Despite showing up as a designated yodel drop off point, the shop assistant refused to accept my return, stating that it was too big (it was a medium sized box that easily fit into a bag for life sized shopping bag). He palmed off all responsibility onto yodel saying they weren't collecting large" parcels. Zero customer service

I got scammed by fair food and wine as parcel collection point. They don’t collect parcel at all. So, my parcel returned to the sender and I have to pay extra £6 to send it back to me. The problem is that it takes one month to receive my parcel.

After visiting shop 3 times to return a parcel I am told by shop keeper they are unable to accept my parcel as it's too big. What a waste of time and totally unprofessional. Someone decent needs take over this shop.

I had a parcel delivered here before reading the reviews so I was slightly apprehensive about what to expect. I went in to collect it just before the shop closed and after some rummaging around they eventually found it. They don’t seem best organised but I had no other problems. I didn’t buy anything but it looked handy for other essentials. I’d use them again.

This shop is round the corner from us and we rarely go for our essentials. There are couple of people there as shop keepers and although I often see them near the shop they always seem unhappy and never speak a word when we enter the shop (perhaps a hello would be nice) because of this I decided that I avoid than all together as they are not the mostly friendly bunch but other than that it is a small shop with good selection hence 2 start ratings

Really rude, nasty shop keeper. Went to collect my parcel but they were unable to find it. Went back the next day and the shop keeper couldn't find it again. He went downstairs eventually to where they keep more Click & Collect parcels and found it. He then proceeded to tell me off for not telling him what was in my parceI. I had no idea that your meant to tell him this. He was clearly frustrated that he didn't know where he had put it and was very rude to me. So you must always remember to tell him what is in your parcel, whether it's a bra, trousers, dog food etc...

Failed to serve as a parcel pickup point:I was told they didn't know how to help me collect my parcel. If that's the case, then why did you register as a pickup point?Just kept telling me to come back later claiming they'd be able to help then and that never happened. I'd been there twice and still couldn't get my parcel.If you are smart enough, you'd best avoid it!

The shop is still charging a surcharge for using card, this has been banned by amendments made to the Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations since 2018. Do not go here.

Great little shop. Small selection but all the essentials are there, fair prices, also a parcel collection spot and friendly staff.Lovely vape choices.
