Aaron's of Wick

I started to write this earlier in the month, but I could not get it right. Basically, there were not enough stars. Or rather, Aaron, Woody and Kevin, deserved 5 stars each, at least. But I was reminded last night, when I got a message about a lost glockenspiel, that I had to write this thank you.Andrea Bochelli and Duran Duran were playing Inverness Cally stadium. Obviously, there was an orchestra, and they were coming from..... Bulgaria! It is a long story, but shifting 134 members of an orchestra around the Highlands of Scotland, having picked them up from Glasgow airport, was a logistical nightmare. Add in the fact that they had been travelling from 2am, throw in the illogical way their hotels were chosen AND the fact that one lot checked into a hotel be told they had to be out by 11 the morning of the concert! Meaning they had to be relocated 40 miles further away from the Stadium.NOW you begin to realise the exceptional work that Aarons achieved, not just logistically, but using their contacts to get extra help to to the 40 mile away location, how they took calls 24 x 7 and tolerated the many people with stupid requests and 134 artists who were being rushed around! Never once did they say IMPOSSIBLE". Everything was made possible. Considering the stress we were under onsite

Amazing customer service by some of the drivers at Aaron's. Currently they are on free travel for all till new ticket machines arrive. Much thankful for the 2 drivers I've had so far for taking me to the town centre after the 915 John o groats to Thurso high school service. Will be enjoying every journey with them.

Arron went out his way for me and my family! We had a week of very bad luck on holiday! With the car breaking down and AA recovery bills!, with no way home Arron sent a mini bus down to perth to collect us and make sure we got home safe and sound to wick.
