The past 2 cars we have purchased have been through another Ford Dealership, it was only when we wanted to change our car we realised we had been dealing with the wrong dealership. Adrian Stanley at the Bootle branch as been 1st class. Everything about the whole process was 2nd to none, smooth and successful. Google, what is the definition of excellent customer service? Answer Michael Regan of Peoples Bootle!Dealt with him all the way from when I first walked in to collection of my puma ST. He was patient, courteous and definitelywent above and beyond.If you need somebody who knows their stuff and also will give you the time you need, Michael is your guy.

Fantastic staff, especially the lady I was speaking to when my car was getting picked up for its MOT. She was a lovely lady (sorry I’m terrible with names). She followed up to see f everything was ok and gave me some good advice. She was really lovely, a little sweetie!

I don't normally post reviews but thought that my experience with Ford in Bootle would be worth it. We have been dealing with Michael Regan for many years now and to be honest we would not want to deal with anyone else. His customer service and knowledge is amazing and he constantly went out of his way to help us when we wanted to get our new Ford Puma and trading our previous car in. The process was made so simple and he was always available to help and support us throughout. We love our new car and cannot recommend and thank Michael enough. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us!!

I called into Peoples Ford to ask for advice on obtaining a mobility car for my niece and her husband, we spoke to a salesman called Adrian Stanley.Adrian was outstanding and very professional he understood our concerns and explained clearly what we needed to do, and what vehicles were available. Adrian made the whole process very simple, we called back today to collect the car, we are delighted with the service and additional advice for my niece (who will be the driver) I would highly recommend Adrian 10/10

He talked me through the whole process and was really nice to my wife and I. Deal was brilliant and even though this process can be difficult, Adrian made it really smooth. Fantastic service.

Just a note to say a huge thank you to Kim Jeffrey. I had an issue with my Transit that occurred unexpectedly, it happened to be whilst I was fully loaded and had a limited amount of time to sort things out, it was a Friday morning and i needed to be in 15 different places by 5pm.. Kim got me mobile again and I fulfilled my responsibilities... If Kim had not gone above and beyond for me it would have cost me me dearly.
