Ian and his team are a good honest professional garage. I have never trusted garages with my vehicles until I found top serve. Fair prices and extremely good service and quality of repair work is as good as main dealer. I highly recommend them. They maintain my van and cars to the highest standards which is essential for my business. I really cannot fault them. I took my camper van to Top Serve Auto, in November, after it failed MOT. As it requires a class 7, there's not much places I can take it, but guys at Top Serve Auto said they can do it, and they did. They fixed, what needed fixing, done MOT, and it wasn't crazy expensive, which was what I was led to believe in MOT place in Coventry. It was two weeks wait, but well worth it. Great service. Thank you.

Been using Top Serve Autos for years wouldn't go anywhere else

Took my car down after being recommend and given a price. On the morning they started the job, I got a phone call to say they had misquoted even though the mechanic knew it was a hyundai i35 and not an i10 to say it would be another£100. I know quite a bit about cars and have had the clutch replaced previously so I know it can be done in about 3 hours, which is not much more than an i10. Very disappointed as I did get cheaper quotes but decided to give the business to a local garage. Have now got a qualified garage to do the same job for £200 less. Will definitely be telling people not to use this garage

Had Dpf problem and needed an MOT on my Ford kuga, regeneration performed computer put on and codes cleared , hey presto problem solved after going to 3 other garages and still leaving with same problem, the owner of garage was very friendly and supplied a top quality service and was very reasonable in his price will definitely be using this company from now on for both mine and my partners cars and would recommend to anyone that needs any type of work doing to there vehicles 100%

Had been to Top Serve a couple of times before and they had always really helpful however, took my car to them as it had failed the MOT on emissions. After a week and £510 later they decided they couldn't fix it and that it was a electrical problem that they were not prepared to look at!. They changed the same sensors I had already changed and played with the timing that I had already done! I then took a car to a local independent person who advised to change the catalytic converter and spark plugs. This did the trick and it pass the MOT no problems. Basically charged for a load of work that made no difference and left me to sort the car out myself. Something has changed with this business and would never recommend this place to anyone, real shame as it had been good before......

Not happy with service, they had the vehicle for approximately three weeks with very little information regarding what was happening. Would not use them again

They fixed a problem with a couple of sensors on my toyota previa and engine runs fine now. They kept to the original quote although the job wasn't completely straightforward. Many thanks from robin
