**EDIT**In response to you pathetic business response, hopefully everyone can see what a joke of a company you are by reading the pathetic reply. To be clear, I was searched by your staff and had NO DRUGS as well as with the police and sitting in their car who were kinder than your staff on the day. YOUR DOG DID NOT SIT DOWN, YOUR STAFF TOLD ME TO WALK AND BE SEARCHED FOR NO REASON!! Fact!If a ZERO star exists I would score this a zero.DO NOT HIRE OR WORK FOR THIS BUSINESS..!!!Absolute shambolic experience when attending a bassfest festival on Sheffield in summer 2023.Paid for tickets to attend 2 days, spent money on hotels and £150 drinks voucher.Day 1 went absolutely fine and hardly noticed the security team.Day 2 was a complete different experience. I was stopped by drug dogs accusing me of holding drugs. I waited in a queue for 30 minutes to be searched and once it was my turn I was asked to fill out my personal details such as name, address, date of birth etc on a piece of paper. I asked what was going to happen with my data and the supervisor walked aver and aggressively said to me that it's for me to query why I have been searched. I assertively questioned the supervisor and said shouldn't I be taking your details if it's me being searched and if I want to query why? The supervisor clearly did not like this intelligence and did not like someone asking questions he could not answer and did not like the fact I questioned his answer by asking for is details if I want to query the search. He then did not let me in to the event and refused entry to me and my girlfriend. He took my drinks voucher off me and most likely sold it to someone else.I have launched a compliant with the company directly which even when speaking to a director, it took 1 month to get any type of result of an investigation. When finally getting an outcome of the investigation after sending several chases emails, they basically said the supervisor hasn't done anything wrong which is a LIE as their own staff knew this was wrong. I am determined to find the 2 Asian boys who searched me as they work for the company and will be able to support me dispute this further.I would like to also add how shameless this company is.. I got accused of accusing their staff of being racist. What this company does not understand is what it feels like to be racially profiled. They do no understand that if I feel I have been racially profiled that is a feeling I have and no one can change he feeling I have, it's a personal feeling, an opinion! Instead they would rather accuse me of accusing their staff of being racist than hear why I'm feeling the way I do. I don't expect sympathy, but the staff could at least learn how to empathise.John Riley, a service manager emailed me back 'My understanding is that you then accused the dog team of racially profiling yourself'. I want to be clear this was no an accusation against the dog team, this was a statement of how I felt.. so I was refused entry for talking about my feelings?? They also say I was shouting at he 2 guysSearching me when you It's them 2 guys that work for Titan and are able to say the truth about what happened that day. For the guy who searched me to come over when I'm with he police to say sorry on his supervisors behalf and to mention how he can't believe he won't let me in is a bit of a joke and it's coincidence that they never got investigated?If you are an events promoter, DO NOT use Titan Risk Management as they will ruin your event. I for sure will never be going back to BASSFEST as much as I like the music and for sure will be checking every event security to ensure Titan are not operating as security to any event I attend again. THE SUPERVISORS ACT ON POWER TRIPS AND WILL NOT LEAVE A GOOD MEMORY OF YOUR EVENT.It's funny how the police said there were other complaints of racism from the security at that same event. I will be speaking will local press over the next few weeks after reaching out to the police officers who helped me on the day for statements.

My interactions with Titan have always been first class. I think 5 star reviews are given far too easily but Titan actually deserve it. Top of their field.
