Stay away from this shop. We bought 3 seater sofa for £1350 and after 3 months of use left side of the sofa collapse. Right is ok but is impossible to sit in the middle as there is difference with levels. Sofatime brough independent specialist who said this is natural settlement and thats it... they will not investigate any further..Stay away from this place, quality is so bad. After I spent £1350 for 3 seater last only for 3 months and shop do not care.

Service was fantastic,made to feel so at ease the time we were on the premises. Joe,our salesman was,above and beyond exemplary.Will be back.

Bought sofas in newtownabby branch over a year agoWithin 6 months we noticed dye transfere fromJeans on the cushionsAt the time of purchase we were told by tanya (sales assistant) that the five year guarantee that came with sofas was a simple phone call if there were any problems which was quite simply a lieThe guarantee is with an insurance company which requires filling forms online and numerous phone callsAfter insurance company sent someone to clean sofas twice unsuccessfully as stains still remain we have had many phone calls with shop managers and also head office and they simply do not want to knowHaving had many fabric sofas over the yearsThis is the first time ever this has happenedThe insurance company have offered to replace the cushions as they say Jeans transfer cannot be removed from the fabric sofas are made fromAs most people wear Jean's i would strongly advise not to buy fabric sofas from sofatimeAs the fabric is quite obviously sub standard and their after sales care is nothing but a disgraceThey will tell you any amount of lies to get a saleKim Barclay
