Atrocious customer service. Pre-booked and confirmed trip, cancelled ten minutes after pick up was due. I received a text cancelling the trip as there were no drivers available. Despite tracking the driver via app up until this point and receiving a 10 minute warning text moments earlier. I guess they got a more lucrative fare in. I missed my Birthday celebration as a result. Disgusting way to treat customers. Avoid at all costs!

Phoned cab at 4.03pm. Due to train strike the last train to Glasgow was 5.30. Missed the last train despite being told on two occasions that the driver was dropping close by and I was next. Had to book the taxi to Glasgow because I couldn't get another cab. £100. I was told I was getting picked up after the driver dropped his fare nearby. 23 minutes later no taxi. Getting messages that he was 2 minutes away. Phoned for fifth time to be told they were trying to contact him. Finally got taxi at 6.50. Almost 3 hours waiting. I am unable to walk without crutches so can't walk to train or bus so fully depending on taxis. Will NEVER use this taxi company or recommend to anyone.

Outbound journey we Pre booked and was 30 minutes late. On return journey booked from restaurant. Driver called to say he had arrived. Went straight out but he wasn’t there. Called office and he had just picked up someone else. Useless service!!! cannot be relied on!!! App is now deleted from my phone.

Booked cab for 12.30 and received text at 12.29 to advise driver on his way. Nothing by 12.50 so phoned and told that a driver hadn’t been allocated yet and unsure when it would arrive. Explained that I had received text message and gave reg no of car. Unhelpful woman said they didn’t have a car with that reg!! Car eventually arrived at 1.15pm. Will never use this company again. If I hadn’t already prepaid as it was for my 87 year old mum then definitely would have sacked it

Booked 24 hours in advance for a 2pm pick up. No taxi arrived by 2.10. Twice I phoned saying the cab hasn't appeared and was twice told the driver was only a few minutes away. Twice I got a message saying the driver was outside my property and twice I got a message that I was a no show. I stood outside for over an hour so definitely no taxis appeared. 3.20 I called for the last time, I was told that I was probably not going to get one now as it was now school run time and should maybe go with another company. Booked a taxi the day before for a 4.45am taxi to Edinburgh Airport. Standing out in the street at 4.45 and checking the drivers location on the app, it said he was still 21 mins away. On calling the controller she responded that’s just how it is, it’s a bank holiday and you could try another firm, but you won’t get a cab. The time was too early to run and get a bus and we wouldn’t have made it in time anyways, as we would also have had to catch a tram. We had no choice but to wait, with the driver arriving at 5.05am saying he hadn’t been told and he was at the airport when informed he had a call out. I’m on the other side of the city at this point. On arrival at the airport we ran from the car, literally to the boarding gate. If we hadn’t paid for Fast Trak at the security gates we would have missed our flight. It would seem that prior booking and making sure you have a cab means nothing to this firm, due to their disorganisation and blasé attitude to other people’s journeys.

We ordered a car to fit four people and four suitcases for 1pm. We called at 1.10pm and were told the driver was 7 minutes away. We called at 1.20pm and were told the driver was 5 minutes away. At 1.30pm, the driver showed up in a regular sized car. He said that he had only been called at 1.10pm, 10 minutes after we were meant to be picked up! We somehow fitted in the car, with one suitcase over 3 of us squeezed in the backseat. We told the driver we needed to be at the airport for 2pm and he drove incredibly fast, frighteningly so. I'm surprised we didn't crash.

Used the app to rebook a taxi for 530 pm and then coming back at 1130pmGot message with 5 minutes to go saying assigned and 37 mins away.What’s the point in an app and pure booking. Annoying thing was I’d paid and had to wait for the 80odd pound to be released. Poor poor service when I called to enquire and cancelled.

Booked via Addison Lee. Arrived at Edinburgh Airport and waited half an hour - didn’t turn up - much back and forth on the phone but took ages to phone me. In the end gave up and got a rank taxi. Very poor service.

I decided to prebook a taxi using the telephone service. I really needed to be on time so I prebooked. At the time, the taxi was not there, I called, they didn't even assign me a driver yet. I waited for 20 minutes and the taxi was still not there. I ended up being late and missing my train. Not reliable. Didn't even get an apology or aknowledgment of the incidence.
