Lovely friendly staff and a great hair cut. I've been a customer of Karen's for well over 10 years and have always received an excellent service.

I have been a regular customer for 4 years and would recommend this salon. The staff are friendly and the salon is modern and light. I have always been very pleased with the way my hair has been cut and coloured.

My nieces were taken here by their grandmother against the wishes of their mother the job they did was quite frankly appalling resulting in their mother having to pay again to have it rectified by another hairdresser. When she and myself called the salon to request they not cut it in future we were both verbally abused by the manager, threaghtened with police and hung up on. I was nothing but polite whilst speaking with them and being shouted down. Terrible customer service. This is the second time their hair have needed rectifying. All we ask is that they no longer cut the childrens hair. We have tried to request this privately with the salon but received hostility and verbal abuse.

I have been a customer of this hairdressers for over four years and everyone comments on what a fantastic cut and how it falls into place every time! Even coming up to the time I need to have it cut it still is in perfect style. When I have had colour Karen has always got the exact colour I want - never had that anywhere else in my fifty years of hairdressers! Very helpful, polite and courteous. Always able to sort an appointment to suit.

I’ve only put one star so I could leave a review, if it was down to me it would be minus stars. After my daughters had been taken to this salon on more than one occasion. I’ve had to take them else where to have the cuts rectified. I’ve today tried to call the salon to explain my concerns/ complaint to be stopped mid sentence and shouted over. And then hung up on. All I was trying to request was that she refuses to cut my girls hairs when their nan brings them in for future attempts. I have previously tried to be request this privately But received nothing but abuse. Should my request not be respected, I will have no choice but to take this further.
