An awful rude unprofessional receptionist is working at this shop, so avoid it and don’t waist your time.on the glass door they have advertised “closing hours 5.30” but the rude unprofessional receptionist had closed the door at 5 o’clock and when I pointed it out that it is 5 o’clock now, she started shouting through the closed door “I have to get to the other side of Birmingham” With no apology given rudely shouting through the close door as she was living on other side of Birmingham.Try avoiding this rude receptionist and take your custom elsewhere.

What's a MISTAKE to do my photos there!I went to do 2 set of passport photos by the professionals" After submitting my application form via post office the photo was rejected by the Passport Office. After that I went back to ask for the refund as the service wasn't delivered

The lady who works here has got no manners at all, she is totally rude, she kept an old lady on the chair who has to be in a care house so someone can look after her, she’s not well. This old lady is upsetting everyone whoever enters this shop.The owner of this shop needs to put someone who respects people , give better service and have good communication skills.

The lady was very rude to me and my son. She was shouting at the child and me for no reasons. Although she agreed to take the photo , she said she can't take any more attempts and she will have to serve others. Asked me to pay and leave the store. Very rude. She was shouting at top of voice and with no other option told her that my child is having sensitive ear and is unable to tolerate such loud voice. Never expected anyone to be so rude. There was no reasons, for this behaviour. I asked for customer service number and she said to Google it. And if I don't leave, she will call police to remove us. ☹

Would have been great to get my passport photo done today but had to walk out after an incredibly rude member off staff with a tacky piecing on her chin eventually tried to serve me when she stopped clowning around. But this member of staff was far more concerned with entertaining a colleague with stupid faces after I asked a simple question. Seriously rude women, I’d suggest management decide wether they want the kind of service expected in a prison canteen from their staff or a quality service provided by people who care for their customers.

Awful experience this morning. Arrived at 9am(when it is meant to open). Stood outside with a 2 year old child. Shop in complete darkness, rang the customer service number on the door, no answer. Went to sit in my car for ten minutes by the time I got out the lights were on a woman was in the shop counting money, not even acknowledging customers were standing in the freezing rain and cold and by this time is was 9.15am. When she finally opened the doors at 9.20 there was not even an apology. She was bringing the board outside and I was going to let her out when she said to me “are you coming in or not”. I told her I think it’s disgusting to be making a young child wait in the rain when they are meant to open at 9. She completely ignored me didn’t say a word. So rude it’s unbelievable. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere on the high street for my other two children. (Just unfortunate they weren’t open this morning) ! Your staff need a few lessons in customer service!!!!!! WORST THING IS MY SONS PHOTO HAS JUST BEEN REJECTED ONLINE !!!!!!

I have just had to walk out of the store on King's Heath. I can not beleive how rude the woman was. I went in to print a photo, I am not very computor savy and after trying to work it out I asked for help. Across the store she shouted 'why on erth are you pairing the blue tooth! You should never pair Bluetooth? She made me feel stupid and I should have left then but I needed this photo. When it wasn't working she told me to reset my phone, which I did. It still wasnt working so she tried me to use another machine. My photo was showing up in this computor, I and another lady on this shop thought it was quite funny. Not this shop assistant, she said at the top of her voice 'you have stolen that lady's computor' the lady looked so embarassed and assured it was OK. When I went to continue with the process she kept on about stealing it, I actually said I didn't come here for a telling off and she said 'well you shouldnt have stolen it then should you?' I turned around and walked out, I was humiliated in that shop and had to leave. I went to boots and their machine was out of order so I never got my prints. They were for my parents golden wedding anniversary and I was so disappointed. That lady need some training very soon as she must loose you so many customers.

Such poor service from this branch. The lady that seems to be a regular member of staff - can only describe her as quite big and of a white background. Have visited a few times and have witnessed her huffing and puffing and being very rude to customers. I went to have a passport picture taken today and the service was appalling. She was very rude and abrupt - starting to give me tips on makeup and telling me it was too orange?? She is letting down the reputation of the company and can tell from the reviews its not just me that has encountered her abrupt behaviour before. If you don’t enjoy your job or can’t handle the demands - please QUIT, don’t reflect your misery on others! Disgusting service, I suggest as a company you review your employees after all these reviews, surely you can’t be that desperate for a worker. P.S ended up going elsewhere and paid less and my picture came out perfect (including my makeup)

The lady in this shop is very rude and abrupt. I went there to have my passport picture taken. First of all she made me pay before the pictures were taken, then made me rush for the picture. I asked for the soft copy and she got very annoyed and refused blatantly by saying they don't provide the soft copy. After I insisted that either I should be given a soft copy or refund she said the system" is down. She is also expensive (£13) versus £10 by The new photo Company on High street. Can't wait for this shop to be shut and turned into a local chippy."
