When I started pilates over 5 years ago, Lauren was my instructor. I can honestly say it has been life changing. I now attend pilates and PT sessions with Lauren. Lauren takes the time to tailor sessions to you, listens to any issues you have and really understands your needs. PT sessions take place in her own studio, not a busy gym, so it is a real 1 to 1 service. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Lauren is an excellent Pilates instructor who takes the time to tailor her classes to suit the individual needs of each of her clients. She runs small classes within her own private studio space and also offers one to one sessions. I have been doing Pilates for around 7 years at various locations in & around Edinburgh and Lauren is by far the best instructor I’ve had yet! Not only that but she is also a brilliant massage therapist & PT! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both my husband and I have been with Lauren for PT for over a year. We love her! She is so adaptable with what we want to do as part of our training. She is very knowledgeable but also keeps learning and improving, there isn’t a question she won’t research and help with when it comes to the body. Lauren has not just trained us during this time but also helped us recover from a few injuries. After a year she keeps surprising us with new challenges which keeps us motivated and engaged! Would highly recommend her.
