Worst job ever . They haven’t paid me the correct hours and the worse thing is that they don’t even care . They see you as a number they don’t want you to change campaigns or to progress in anyway. People are terrible and so full of pride and greed and its no a place where you can be mentally happy . Honestly best thing I ever did for my health was living that place .

I applied here for a work from home job, there was 16 of us to start with, we were all close friends by the end of training. The office lot were really against the people that are not in the office and I think that’s why we ended up being so close, they would talk about you behind your back with other coworkers and the TLs would set you up to fail with the lack of support. They would also lie to get people into trouble (especially if calls weren’t recorded or it was your word against theirs) and that’s how most people lost there jobs. We had two TLs for a long time and was considered lucky but they were never there to help, they’re only there to breath down you neck when something went wrong due to the lack of help. The people that worked in the office were praised in front of our faces and could never do no wrong even if we all witnessed it. Most of us left due to how toxic the workplace is, that’s if we wasn’t let go first due to all the lies circling. The job it’s self I loved and it would probably be a great place to work if you still act like a child.

After being told our job roles are at risk of redundancy at the end May. We were told about the risk but the consultation would not start for 10 days. Which was then delayed further. Then being told reps would be nominated to give us information.We waited for weeks to be told anything. The communication was none existent. Bordering on unethical, very stressful and hurtful.The actions seem like they have tried to thin the ‘herd’ to reduce their financial burden!The wages were wrong on a very frequent basis!I have never worked for such a company who change the rules weekly to the detriment of their staff!This has effected our mental health and couldn’t trust Firstsource to look after their staff appropriately.!

Constantly mispaid, no regard for policies and procedures and 8 months into the job and I still experienced no staff discounts.Friendly people and great earning rates.

Pester you behalf of energy companies to fit a smart meters

Biggest mistake I ever made was working there please please please do not apply for working for the first source. They are bad bad bad

Had an interview with them and they asked if I had a disability which I reasoned with yes and they told me they couldn't go ahead with the interview for that exact reason which is discrimination and reported it to hr and they declined to comment which means there hiding something or don't want to admit the truth

This job is for the yes people anything questioned is looked upon as negative. and for a company that boasts about being transparent what a joke. Management lie to make you sell and then once you reach their bonus they can take yours away and you have no way of finding out as nothing is transparent. Place will make you ill from desk hopping each day to computers that u have to self clean as the hygeine is very bad.Staff canteen food is worrying for health it has to be why the place has rats.Get ready to be treated like you are at infants school again and i am so shocked as to why Skyemployed a company like first source just look at the rating and reviews on google, how can Sky give them a contract based on rating an review tells it all

Awful company to work for. HR Do not keep things confidential. You are literally a number. “You get issued it 4 weeks after training” senior managers have been known to boast about how they have set certain kpi’s to sack people to set an example. (Project purge) everyone sleeps with everyone. (4 of the managers are related through relationships) i had a hearing for taking time off to support my family due to my partner undergoing treatment for cancer. The hearing was after i made them well aware of the situation including having a welfare meeting. “They would rather push u out than help u”It was really disappointing having to put the above as when i first started here 5 years ago it was such a great place to work. But i believe due to the high level of unprofessionalism stemming down from senior managers and HR. I belive this has made it spiral out of control.Im genuinly hoping someone will read this and act upon it as i have high concern for the staff still working there and feel sorry for them.I walked out of a leaders role to go sign on at the jobcentre. And i honestly believe its the best decision ive ever made in my life.
