The customer service has been below standard. Do not get any welding here, Bad weld. Oh the snot from the weld cannot open door. Brakes were better before I took it in. Now abs comes on when it feels like.and you hope to brakes in a straight line pray. So another garage doing paying high. 2 stars for MOT, plus engine service.

Outdated pumps. Also be aware that the displayed price for unleaded is for E10. E5 is almost 30p a litre more

Went above and beyond to help fix an issue with our car when visiting IOW for a few days. Saw us quickly with no advance notice, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend

Very helpful and quite a reasonable price

Got the job done, no faff, very accommodating when I was a bit late for pick up and didn't harass me like some bigger chains would do! Would come back again if I needed anything done! Fair prices aswell.

We were on holiday when my car developed a fault that needed attention immediately. Whilst my partner was viewing Osbourne House I walked to Osbourne garage and explained to a young fitter I saw that I was in a difficult position, being on holiday and with a vehicle that had suddenly developed what might be a dangerous fault. This turned out to be a failed suspension bush. So, the young man led me to the manager who, when I explained my predicament and would he just at least take a quick look, told me in a rather hostile manner to either leave the vehicle with them or go. No taking a few minutes to understand my situation - just a “I’m not interested and don’t care” attitude!This garage does not deserve custom and I would strongly suggest taking all your servicing and repair needs elsewhere - preferably to RS Motors of East Cowes, who couldn’t have been more helpful, taking the time to understand my predicament and diagnosing and fixing the problem on the same day!

Very reasonable rates. I had a pretty big issue with my Freelander which I'd already purchased all the parts for. The staff were very accommodating and I booked it in for fitting. Labour at £50ph. £120 all in. Good communication, all good.
