Victorias Hairdressers

I still want to cry with what's been done to my hair as that is very little left to salvage and cannot salvage it and do not want to leave the house as it looks so bad! everytime I look in the mirror I want to cry and no photo can do the mess justice...After seeing a walk in offer of £24 i was advised that she would be busy in 20 mins so couldn't have it cut under the offer -even though the girl was sat playing with her phone, so had to book for the next day and pay the full price *cheap trick but hey ho!This is the second visit to the salon as I previously had highlights and a style/heavy trim into the asymetrical style I already had. I wanted to keep the aysymetrical style as it has grown really well and wanted a lopsided/asymetrical Bob and showed the young girl the pictures as i wanted the nape of my back short. she decided that the style of really short at the nape wouldnt suit so i agreed for it to be cut into the nape. She has left the back and nape long and hacked (the only way to describe it) the side so badly It looks like a cross between neonazi and a Benedictine monk from the side!!! It's literally hacked into one inch chunks in lines then left with a lovely long mullett at the back to complement the mess at the front, the lovely long side is also badly done so I get a badly shaped slap head not dissimilar to a former European dictator!!!!Unfortunately the hints and my actually saying about the tufts didn't registar so like an idiot I paid,tipped and sat and cried in the car.I went back to get it rectified but the girl was on her own and another client walked in so the only time she had free was conveniently school pick up time in 3 hours (had previously mentioned my son's pick up time)I was refunded but unfortunately will be paying it out again when I find a hairdresser to rectify this mess although unless I pay for extensions I cannot have the hair re attatched!!I am devestated, especially as I had a special occasion coming up and quite frankly don't want to leave the house!

I am a regular customer at Victoria’s and have never had a bad experience or been unhappy with my hair. Vicky has always been my hairdresser, she’s friendly, polite and also helpful as is Becki the other stylist.Highly recommend this lovely hairdressers.

Been having my hair done by Vicky for a long time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lovely atmosphere in the shop Vicky and becky always on time and will go above and beyond for any customer. Always very happy with my hair and feel great when leaving. Would recommend highly.

Love Victoria’s. Such a lovely shop to visit but most importantly they always make you feel comfortable which I think is really important when having your hair done. I would only trust them to cut my childrens hair, I have never taken them anywhere else. My girls love going here, they are always listened to and involved in the service they get too! Couldn’t recommend them enough

Vicky has been cutting my hair for a number of years and I keep coming back despite moving away from the area. I sometimes have Becky as well and I trust them both to do a great job of my hair. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Both do a great job and are lovely girls.

Love this hairdressers! Even though I live in Ashford it's the only place I would have my hair cut. Victoria is a lovely lady and a great hairdresser. Very covid safe and friendly place
