Atherton Indoor Range

I thought I would write a quick review on this page as I was recently barred from the range supposedly for forgetting to bring my robot back 5 times in 9 months but I think it was because I had a problem with my rifle that I bought from this range and I complained about it

After reading the reviews I thought this place was going to be great. Unfortunately it wasn't how I imagined, I appreciate the lady who came to the door was apparently by herself and was apparently too busy to talk but what has happened to talking to customers. Particularly those who had made a journey to come and discuss things in person. Being told to take a picture of the opening times and go on the website and read the FAQs was poor form. (I had already done that, I wanted to discuss membership/tuition with a person). I also had my rifle in the car, as after I had confirmed availability, discussed membership and tuition I'd have quite liked the opportunity to use the range. I suppose its just a shame this person was too busy to be bothered to ask. Perhaps judging me on my appearance before making the time to talk.Hopefully this was a one off and no one else experiences this but after seeing the positive reviews I felt compelled to share my experience.

Love this place. I had been before a few years ago and it was great then. The staff are very helpful and welcoming to all types of abilities. This time i took my two nephews, one aged 9 and one aged 14. Neither of whom had shot before. As myself and my father are experienced we declined the offer of a lesson and taught them ourselves however, they do offer lessons to those who are completely new or haven't shot in a while.They have two ranges and a pistol range. They serve food, soups, tea and coffee. They also sell pellets, targets etc. to get you going. There is air charging facilities and the staff are more than happy to help you charge your rifle if needed.Overall i highly recommend this place. Great for those of all skills and abilities.

i personally liked it great place to go and do some target practice they have guns for hire to be used at the range with also shooting lessons very strict on safety cafe on site is ok and catering services are adequate the shooting range itself is great but the tables where you shoot can become crowded

Best indoor range for miles, superb friendly staff, free air fills and cheap as chips.

Easy to find loads of parking if you go early, me and me mate went ,everything was explained ,we were shown were to go and what to do ,no hassle at all tea and coffee on sight also snacks ,it was great we will go back soon , Thanks .

Little Jem of a place, very good staff, always on the ball safety wise, great tuition aswell. Recommended
