When this first opened it was run by a young gentleman who I presume was a manager, friendly hard working very polite and fantastic customer service.Unfortunately week on week it seems to be going downhill, I was having a coffee inside today and I counted 8 dirty tables with pots on , they stayed there for 35mins , then eventually the two young girls stopped talking cleared the tables but didn't clean them ! Isn't covid still around ? Obviously it must of gone away .I suggest some retraining take place or better still bring back the hard working young gentleman.It really is a nice place but becoming dirtier and dirtier.i also suggest phones should be locked away during shifts and maybe suggest to your staff they stop preening themselves around food .Handgel would be nice for staff and customers.

Just don't order through deliveroo. I've had problems almost every time Ive ordered but today was the last straw (although they remembered the straws this time) today I ordered 2 pumpkin spiced frappechinos with coffee, they both came with no coffee. I contacted deliveroo who said they would get them to resend the drinks. The replacements came, again with no coffee, but this time they were bright orange so they had obviously just put loads of the pumpkin sauce in. I won't bother ever ordering from here again.

Came in a few weeks ago. Were greeted by a lovely lad called Mikey, happy, smiley and had a joke with us. Atmosphere was alright, not too bad for a sainsburys starbucks. The pregnant lady wasn't so lovely, seemed to seem rather annoyed and not a welcoming face. She might want to take a page out of some other staff members books... Lovely food and drinks though!

Tribble experienced specially at this specific star bucks I normally drink 2 to 3 mocha everyday from star buck but they don’t know how make the rite mocha and one I asked the barista name Molly could she make it again for she asked what’s wrong and when I tried to explained she replied WHAT EVER !

About 2 weeks ago, I visited starbucks in sainsbury’s for the very first time. I was served by the pregnant lady who was so kind and polite and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I suffer with social anxiety and our lovely chat meant the world to me. Also, I am in absolute awe that she was still serving customers even heavily pregnant. Also, the coffee she made me was the best I ever had. I will definitely be coming back. Hope she can see this review as I never said a proper thank you. I’m so grateful
