Excellent service from first phone call to engineer arriving to service my boiler. Very happy with Tradeforce and will definitely use again as they were very reasonable with the service charge and the engineer was very clean and tidy in my home.

Here's a riddle for you. How many visits does it take Tradeforce Gas and Heating to repair a minor leak in the shower? The answer: I wouldn't know. They've been here 3 times already and the issue still hasn't been resolved. The last time, the repair man was 2.5 hours late and they didn't even call me to tell me that he wouldn't be on time. My advice: look elsewhere!!

Tradeforce provided a full bathroom refurb for me in 2018. First experience with them while the bathroom renovation was undergoing was very good. However, it soon became obvious that I lucked out with the consultant they had assigned to my job. A separate person came to finish" the job. Terrible experience and the finish to the bathroom was awful. I then trusted them with replacing the boiler assuming I was just unlucky the first time: terrible rushed job - unnecessary damage to the external of the building

Had new boiler installed. Having had individuals previously who have been unreliable and various standards of work, these folks were a refreshing change. Very Professional and with pride in their work. I could find a cheaper service, but i'd rather go with a company i can trust and shall be using them in future.

I'm very pleased I chose Trade Force to replace my old boiler after it was shut down. An engineer came round as soon as possible to assess the situation and was very helpful. Received the estimate the same day and was impressed by their detailed offering. After getting a few other quotes which were unsatisfactory I decided on Trade Force.They're a local company so no impersonal call centre. Always spoke with the same person in the office, who always helpful and communicative with prompt responses to emails too. This all makes a huge difference.The engineer and his apprentice who came to install the new one were great. They worked really hard and had to deal with an unexpected electrics problem early on in the day. They sorted it out and got on with the job, working very well as a team.They also had to deal with some problems with the old walls in my kitchen and they managed very well. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very polite. They cleaned up very well before they left and explained everything to me that they'd done plus provided some tips on how to get the best value out of the boiler and energy usage.My flat is now the warmest it's been for years. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and the result therefore I can highly recommend this company.

I have been using this company for many years, both for my own and my rental property. I have found them to be responsive, efficient, honest and reasonable. Over the years, Tradeforce have installed a new gas boiler, power flushed my system, sorted out problems with the emersion tank, competed annual safety checks etc. This morning I had no heat or hot water. I sent an email first thing and by lunchtime the owner of the business, Michael, had attended my property, sorted the problem and got my heating going again. I would highly recommend this company, without reservation.

Had an emergency boiler issue. They couldn't have been more helpful.With tenant issues and trouble gaining access, they took it all in their stride, no hassle, just efficient professionalism. The problem turned out to be a minor issue which they resolved instantly, but instead of charging me for an exaggerated problem like some companies, the bill was low and a reflection of the job done, which instilled great trust for me in them.Its refreshing to find a company so trustworthy, well equipped and efficient...I will certainly recommend these guys to others.

Tradeforce have for the past six or more years carried out the annual gas safe certificate and boiler service for me. They have also sorted out a leak and replaced taps when needed. I have found them to be professional, friendly and competitively priced. A big bonus is that they are happy to coordinate visits with my tenants. I would definitely recommend Tradeforce, a decent, professional company that you can trust.

I used Tradeforce to move one air conditioning unit and also service two others. Overall their service was superb. Great communications leading up to the day they came around, and really helpful and polite guys who did the work. The work was all completed to my absolute satisfaction and they were reasonably priced as well. Overall fully worthy of five stars.
